Richard R. Ezo founder and President of Integrated Communications Enterprises Inc. built a local Denver based company in the early 90’s to represent Call Center products from a select number of manufactures. While the emphasis was on Call Centers, a complete set of services was provided, including voice and data cabling, infrastructure builds, Call Center Agent and Supervisor training. During this time, staff was at 10 full-time and a number of part-time employees.

Today the company is focused more on Consulting and Project Management, relying on a variety of business partnerships to provide the highest level of professionalism for projects beyond Consulting and Application Services. Contact Center Consultation, Infrastructure Builds, Project Management, Application Implementation, VoIP Network Administration. Developed and maintained long term sales and service relationships with customers such as: Denver Post, US West/Qwest, Carlson Travel, Focus on the Family, Promise Keepers, Vail Associates (Central Reservations) and King Soopers. Specialize in Call Center applications with computer/telephony applications.
